As someone who has ADHD, I struggled to organize all of the information I was learning in nursing school. There was just so much and so many different ways to learn meds, do head to toe assessments, and take report. So, throughout the program I would create my own report sheets, ways to organize info about each systems and a way to understand what our assessments really mean -- outside of passing check offs.

I was frustrated with the focus on care plans (is it reallly that necessary? I vote no) which I personally think isn't even taught properly. So this little shop is just a result of my how my brain works and if you're struggling the way I did to process the overflow of information in a seamless way that just clicks for you -- I hope you can find something here that helps.
